The Mendelssohn Choir over the airwaves

The Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh is regularly featured on both radio and television.  Performances of the Choir with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra are heard locally over WQED-FM (89.3) and distributed nationally by PRI. 

Heard nationwide for over 15 years via Public Radio International, WQED's Sunday-evening program of performances by the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra is hosted by Jim Cunningham.  The program regularly features the Mendelssohn Choir of Pittsburgh under the batons of the world's leading conductors  including Leonard Slatkin,Jan Pascal Tortellie, Frubeck de Burgos, and PSO Music Director Manfred Honeck to name just a few.
