We’ll begin working on three of the major works for next season that day and have a chance to visit, meet the new members and get reacquainted. Additional details will be sent later.

PLEASE let Jeanne or Barry know by 8/16 via e-mail, whether or not you can attend.

ALSO, one of the works we will work on will be the Rachmaninoff VESPERS. Barry needs to know if you own a copy of this. Please let us know when you send your response about attending the retreat.

DIRECTIONS:
If you need directions, please let us know and we’ll get those to you.  Since there is a wedding in the church that day, YOU ARE ASKED TO ENTER THE CHURCH BUILDING VIA ONE OF TWO ENTRANCES ONLY!  The recommended entrance is the “North” entrance which is located off the Washington/Orr Road parking area.  There is a sign “The Bridge” near the double door entrance.  On entering, proceed down the steps to the Fellowship Hall area.  There will be signs posted. 
 
The second entrance is the lower entrance, behind the church, marked “Fellowship Hall”.  This will lead you directly into t the hall, but proceed to the other end of the room to check in, pick up your music and your name tag.  Please do not use any other entrances.
 
MUSIC & REGISTRATION:
Jeanne and I will need help at the beginning of the session, checking people in, distributing music and handing out name tags.  For those who still have their name tags from the Felix Festival, please bring them; if not, we’ll have name tags for you to use.  Please let us know if you can help.  We plan to arrive at the church about 9:00 that morning.
