MCP Performs at Carnegie Museum of Art’s Inside Out Festival

MCP singers  performed at the Museum of Art’s Sculpture Garden for the first time since 1987.

Sixty five singers led by Music Director Daniel Singer gave two short performances in the round at the Carnegie Museum of Art’s Inside Out Festival on Saturday, August 17th in the Sculpture Garden–MCP’s first performance there since 1987. Museum-goers and friends were treated to a medley of songs including “I’m Building Me a Home” and Leonard Bernstein’s “Make Our Garden Grow” arranged by MCP’s beloved Robert Page. Each concert ended with singers mingling with the audience and inviting everyone to sing along with “Love Is Love Is Love is Love” by Abbie Betinis.
