Kicking off the 2024-2025 season, MCP, in collaboration with the Gospel Heritage Chorale and Coro Latinoamericano, will present a preview of their February CrosSING Bridges concert on Saturday, Oct. 6th, 4pm, at Mt. Hope Community Presbyterian Church. This free concert, part of RAD Days, weaves together diverse musical traditions, creating a vibrant tapestry of sound that reflects Pittsburgh’s rich cultural heritage. This concert will mark the first collaboration among these three, powerful and musically distinct choruses, and each of the groups’ music directors, Daniel Singer, Dr. Herbert V. R. P. Jones, and Lourdes Santiesteban, will take turns conducting their own choruses and the combined group of singers, and there will be opportunities for audience participation so everyone can sing!
